Champagne Ruinart Blanc de Blanc

酒色淡金帶綠光,打開瓶蓋就是清新的柑橘皮、青蘋果和白桃香,細緻白花與一點菠蘿的香氣接踵而來。氣泡細密綿長,入口呈現絲滑奶油感與柔和酵母香,酸度明快帶出礦物與隱約的烤榛果、餅乾香,餘韻乾淨且持久。這款酒的葡萄以人工採收、在不鏽鋼控溫槽發酵,部分進行乳酸發酵;調配時加入約20–25%前兩年保留酒,瓶中於澱粉上陳放2–3年,劑量控制低(約7 g/L),強調純淨與平衡。產自多塊一級園與風土各異的地塊:Côte des Blancs 與 Montagne de Reims 帶來香氣與結構,Sézannais 提供成熟度,而 Vesle 河谷北側則賦予一抹清新。輕鬆又有層次,配海鮮、魚子醬或作為派對開胃酒都很合適。


Pale golden with faint green reflections, this Blanc de Blancs offers an immediate, refined perfume: ripe citrus and green apple lift into white peach, pineapple and delicate white florals, while subtle brioche and toasted hazelnut speak to careful lees ageing. The bead is fine and persistent; on the palate it is supple and rounded yet driven by bright, precise acidity and a chalky mineral spine. Winemaking emphasizes purity: hand-harvested fruit from premier sites is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless vats, undergoes malolactic conversion, and the blend includes 20–25% reserve wines. Aged on the lees for 2–3 years with a restrained dosage (around 7 g/L), the wine balances creamy texture with liveliness — an elegant, food-friendly Champagne from a house with deep cellar tradition.
