侍酒師私房筆記：開杯先聞到熱帶果、烤杏仁和剛磨的肉荳蔻，接著是帶花香的泥炭煙。入口油潤、層次豐富，檸檬皮的鮮明、阿拉伯芫荽（fenugreek）般的辛香，再到蜂蜜焦糖蘋果與肉桂，最後由雪松煙燻的甜辣椒粉收尾。整體暖而不烈，適合慢慢品、留杯十五分鐘讓味道展開。

Sommelier's Notes: On the nose, fragrant tropical fruits and toasted almonds give way to nutmeg and floral peat smoke. Mid-palate shows lemon zest, fenugreek and caramelised apples glazed in honey and cinnamon; cedar-smoked sweet paprika threads through. The texture is plush and oily, with warming spice that eases into a lingering, heathered, slightly citrus finish. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water; rest in the glass ~15 minutes to open the layers.

Distillery: Highland Park (Orkney). Master Whisky Maker Gordon Motion hand-selected 36 ex-bourbon hogsheads, first-fill sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks, and ex-Rioja casks laid down between 1998–2001. Maturation is oak-forward with a final wine-cask influence, producing layered sweet, spicy and smoky notes. Closure: T-top cork. Ownership: The Edrington Group.
