品嚐筆記:酒液呈淡稻草色,泡沫細緻持久。打開時有檸檬皮、青蘋果與梨子的清爽果香,伴隨輕柔的烤麵包酵母氣息與一抹花香。口感鮮脆有彈性,酸度明快,氣泡細膩帶出柔和質感,尾韻帶點鹹礦感,清新收口。 酒莊與釀造:聖典園(Grace's Harvest)以做出易飲且有層次的Cava為目標,強調田間分級與溫和壓榨,盡量保留果香與新鮮感。採用瓶內二次發酵的傳統方法,在酒泥上短期陳放以增加口感厚度與酵母香,後段以低劑量調整甜度,保有乾爽風格。 葡萄園環境:葡萄來自加泰隆尼亞暖陽與夜間涼風交替的地塊,土壤偏鈣質排水良好,有助於保持自然酸度與礦物感。整體風格輕盈、清爽,適合冷藏後直接享用,或搭配海鮮與輕食。

Positioned as an everyday celebratory wine, the house focuses on careful parcel selection and gentle handling to preserve aromatic purity. Winemaking notes: Made by the traditional method (Méthode Traditionnelle), the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle, followed by lees aging to develop texture and brioche complexity. Dosage is brut, keeping the profile dry and zesty. Vineyard notes: Sourced from plots in Catalonia's Cava zone influenced by Mediterranean sun and cooling night breezes. Soils are typically calcareous with good drainage, helping retain acidity and minerality in the grapes. Light-bodied and food-friendly, serve well-chilled.
