酒莊資料
酒莊 Château Doisy-Védrines 原與 Château Doisy-Daene, Château Doisy-Dubroca 屬同一酒莊,於1855 年評為第二級的列級酒莊,Grand Crus Classes of Sauternes and Barsac 只有26間酒莊能夠入選,在Barsac地區更只有10間能夠成為列級酒莊。

於酒莊分拆之後,Château Doisy-Védrines 的葡萄園是三個 Doisy 酒莊中最大的,種植面積為27公頃,平均植株年齡達到40年左右。葡萄園所種植的葡萄包括:80%的賽美蓉(Semillon)、15%的長相思(Sauvignon Blanc)以及5%的密斯卡岱(Muscadelle)。

在釀造工藝方面,葡萄經過採摘以及精心篩選之後,進行壓榨、發酵。發酵完成之後,需要在橡木桶中陳年18個月的時間,其中新橡木桶的比例為60%。

Chateau Doisy-Vedrines的貴腐甜酒,一直深受各大酒評家的好評,今次當中的1989 Doisy-Vedrines 在 Robert Parker 的評分更加高達 95分

都斯V(Chateau Doisy-Vedrines)是蘇特恩的經典名莊之一,其酒款以豐潤甜美但不沉重著稱。杯中先是蜜感果醬、杏桃與熱帶水果的香氣,緊接著有蜂蜜、香草與些許香料和烤杏仁的層次,帶出誘人的複雜度。口感圓潤細緻,糖分被明快的酸度撐起,吃得到細緻的果膠質地與絲綢般的觸感;結尾帶有一點礦感與海鹽般的清爽,讓餘韻延綿。釀造上採用橡木桶陳年(約18個月),田地為粘土與石灰質土壤,利於成熟與風味集中。享用時微微冰鎮或先靜置半小時更能展現複雜香氣,無論配經典藍芝士或是果味甜點,都非常合拍。

Chateau Doisy-Vedrines is a classic Deuxième Cru Classé from Sauternes, offering a lush, medium‑sweet profile framed by lively acidity. Aromas unfurl with honeyed apricot, candied orange peel, ripe tropical fruits and delicate floral notes; hints of lanolin, toasted almonds and warm spice add complexity. The palate is satiny and generous, showing preserved citrus, pineapple and a touch of vanilla from careful oak maturation. A saline-mineral thread and well-judged freshness keep the sweetness buoyant, while an 18‑month oak ageing provides structure and a long, spicy finish. Drink young for immediate enjoyment or cellar for added depth.

Chateau Doisy-Vedrines, classified as a Deuxième Cru of Sauternes, has long specialised in botrytised sweet wines that marry richness with finesse. Vineyards sit on clay and limestone soils; wines are often matured in oak (around 18 months) to build texture and integrate botrytis-derived complexity while preserving freshness.
