酒莊 Château Doisy-Védrines 原與 Château Doisy-Daene, Château Doisy-Dubroca 屬同一酒莊，於1855 年評為第二級的列級酒莊，Grand Crus Classes of Sauternes and Barsac 只有26間酒莊能夠入選，在Barsac地區更只有10間能夠成為列級酒莊。
於酒莊分拆之後，Château Doisy-Védrines 的葡萄園是三個 Doisy 酒莊中最大的，種植面積為27公頃，平均植株年齡達到40年左右。葡萄園所種植的葡萄包括：80%的賽美蓉（Semillon）、15%的長相思（Sauvignon Blanc）以及5%的密斯卡岱（Muscadelle）。
在釀造工藝方面，葡萄經過採摘以及精心篩選之後，進行壓榨、發酵。發酵完成之後，需要在橡木桶中陳年18個月的時間，其中新橡木桶的比例為60%。

Chateau Doisy-Vedrines is a classic Deuxième Cru Classé from Sauternes, offering a lush, medium‑sweet profile framed by lively acidity. Aromas unfurl with honeyed apricot, candied orange peel, ripe tropical fruits and delicate floral notes; hints of lanolin, toasted almonds and warm spice add complexity. The palate is satiny and generous, showing preserved citrus, pineapple and a touch of vanilla from careful oak maturation. A saline-mineral thread and well-judged freshness keep the sweetness buoyant, while an 18‑month oak ageing provides structure and a long, spicy finish. Drink young for immediate enjoyment or cellar for added depth.

Chateau Doisy-Vedrines, classified as a Deuxième Cru of Sauternes, has long specialised in botrytised sweet wines that marry richness with finesse. Vineyards sit on clay and limestone soils; wines are often matured in oak (around 18 months) to build texture and integrate botrytis-derived complexity while preserving freshness.
