Redefine your expectations of Marlborough whites with this crystalline, bone-dry single-vineyard masterpiece that delivers electric tension and profound minerality. Crafted from the historic '5182' single vineyard (certified organic and biodynamic), this white is entirely hand-harvested, allowing its pure terroir to shine. On the nose, it opens with a vibrant bouquet of ruby grapefruit and lemongrass, evolving into complex notes of beeswax, paraffin, and a whisper of mineral smoke. On the palate, a laser-like acidity strikes immediately, balanced by savory herbs, hay, and a light-to-medium body. It finishes bone-dry and remarkably long, offering an intellectual, deeply refreshing experience. Perfectly suited for Hong Kong's diverse culinary landscape, its sharp acidity effortlessly cuts through rich dishes and amplifies the freshness of seafood.
