Aromas of black plum and ripe dark cherry unfold into darker accents of dark chocolate, rhubarb and beetroot, layered with incense and a faint hot-asphalt minerality. On the palate it is powerful yet refined: full-bodied, crisp acidity and ultra-fine, polished tannins give structure while a generous core of ripe fruit and spice keeps the texture silky. Long, persistent finish with savoury, earthy echoes.
