茅台是中國代表性的國粹烈酒,香氣以花香為主,伴隨棗乾、米香和微微堅果烘烤香。入口圓潤滑順,酒體豐滿但偏乾,辛感與溫暖酒精感交織,尾韻長且乾淨。生產在貴州茅台鎮,採用固態高溫發酵、老窖池釀造,再多次蒸餾與長期陳放,最後由釀酒師按配方從多達數十甚至上百個基酒中調和而成。喝法輕鬆:小杯慢飲或先在開口容器中醒個約10分鐘,更能釋放香氣。非常適合搭配肥美的紅燒、燒臘、川味麻辣或各式下酒小菜,口感豐富又暖胃。
Kweichow Moutai Baijiu is the flagship Chinese spirit known for its floral, dried-date top notes with hints of toasted rice and nuts. On the palate it is silky and dry, with pronounced spicy warmth and a long, smooth finish. Produced in Maotai (Guizhou) using solid‑state fermentation and traditional earthen pit techniques, the spirit is distilled, aged and expertly blended — sometimes from up to 200 component spirits — to achieve balance and complexity. The high 53% ABV gives it intense body and a warming persistence, yet the texture remains elegant and refined. Serve in small tulip glasses, allow about 10 minutes in a decanter or open carafe to settle, and pair with rich, fatty or strongly seasoned dishes like braised pork, roast meats, spicy hot pots and fermented condiments.
