品飲筆記:酒色偏深,像炙烤可可豆的光澤,初聞有濃郁的巧克力慕斯、蜂蜜和溫潤的橡木香,緊接著冒出一抹帶皮橙的清新與薑的暖辛。入口圓潤,黑巧克力、棗乾與香草層疊,肉桂帶來溫和的香料感,尾韻長而以可可餘香收束。 酒莊與靈感:這支 Harmony 系列的「Rich Cacao」由麥卡倫的釀酒師 Polly Logan 與米其林名廚 Jordi Roca 以及 Casa Cacao 團隊合作誕生,將巧克力製作的細緻風味與單一麥芽的香氣結合。特別的是包裝以可可果殼回收再製,環保又有故事感。 釀造與陳年:以法國與美國橡木桶混合熟成,橡木帶來香草和香料,而桶型差異賦予可可與堅果的複合層次。44% 的酒精度讓口感有厚度但不粗糙,T-top 軟木塞封口。 產地與田野:來自蘇格蘭 Speyside 的麥卡倫,利用當地涼爽氣候與傳統陳年倉,讓木桶與時間慢慢輸出香氣。想像起蘇格蘭丘陵與麥田,這支酒特別適合搭配巧克力甜點或一杯濃縮咖啡。 飲用建議:可直接品飲或滴入少許水,建議倒出後靜置約 10–20 分鐘讓香氣開放。

Tasting Note: Deep toasted cacao colour opens to aromas of chocolate fondant, honey and warm oak, punctuated by zesty orange peel and a touch of ginger. On the palate it delivers layers of dark chocolate, dates, vanilla and gentle cinnamon spice, finishing long with lingering cocoa notes. Producer Notes: A collaborative release between The Macallan’s Whisky Maker Polly Logan and pastry maestro Jordi Roca of Casa Cacao, this limited Harmony Collection expression explores the intersection of fine chocolate and single malt. The edition celebrates chocolate craft — even the gift box is made from recycled cacao husks. Winemaking / Maturation: Crafted from a harmonious combination of European (French) and American oak casks, the whisky is matured in both styles to balance spicy oak, vanilla and rich cocoa characters. Bottled at 44% ABV with a T-top cork closure. Vineyard / Region Notes: Hailing from Speyside in Scotland, The Macallan leverages its Highland setting and time-honoured maturation houses to coax rich, layered flavours from oak influence and slow maturation. This release is designed to pair beautifully with fine chocolates and dessert courses. Serving: Serve neat or with a few drops of water; allow about 10–20 minutes after pouring to open the aromatics. Ideal with dark chocolate or a short espresso.
