Sommelier's Notes: The 2019 shows a deep core of blackberry, plum and blueberry with violet and tobacco lift. Smoke and graphite thread through, while the acidity keeps the palate lit. Winemaking & Vineyard: 100% hand-picked from selected plots; high-density planting and average vine age over 40 years. Fermented in a mix of stainless, wooden and concrete vats with partial whole-bunch; aged 18–24 months (84% new oak, plus foudres and terracotta amphorae) for complexity and mouthfeel.
