M. Chapoutier is a Rhône house led by Michel and Marc Chapoutier, renowned for a terroir-focused approach across the appellations. For this cuvée they practice selective hand-harvest, vinify in concrete vats with destemming and extended vatting to polymerize tannins, and use only free-run juice. The style emphasises pure fruit, provenance and texture rather than oak influence.
