品飲筆記:細緻持久的氣泡帶出青蘋果、梨香與檸檬皮的清新果味,隨之而來是烤麵包皮與杏仁的酵香,口感圓潤帶奶油感,酸度俐落,礦感支撐出悠長的餘韻。 生產簡介:這款經典非年份作品由酒莊以多個採收年份與老酒調配而成,追求穩定且層次豐富的風格。酒廠重視瓶中二次發酵與瓶陳,透過與酒泥的長期接觸建立細膩的酵母香與結構。 釀造說明:採用傳統瓶中發酵法,部分基酒於小容器中成熟以增添厚度與香氣,最終以細心調配確保每一瓶風味延續名莊風格。陳年於酒泥的工序賦予酒體奶油感與餅乾風味。 葡萄園風土:葡萄來自多個優良園區,生長於含石灰質的白堊土壤,涼爽氣候有助保存清爽酸度與礦物性,使酒款同時擁有即飲的親和力與良好的陳年潛力。

Tasting note: Bright, persistent bubbles lift aromas of crisp green apple, ripe pear, lemon zest and toasted brioche with a hint of almond and warm pastry. On the palate it is lively and focused — vivid citrus acidity balanced by a creamy, yeasty mid-palate and a refined mineral thread that drives a long, savory finish. Producer notes: This is the house’s signature non-vintage bottling, assembled from several harvests and reserve wines to deliver a consistent, complex style. The aim is balance and depth: freshness up front, layered autolytic character from lees ageing, and subtle spice from partial ageing in oak. Winemaking notes: Made by the traditional method with careful parcel selection and extended lees contact to build texture and complexity. A portion of the base wines is vinified with time in small vessels to add weight and breadth; the final blend is skilfully harmonised to the house profile before secondary fermentation in bottle. Vineyard notes: Fruit is sourced from a mosaic of top sites across the region, grown on chalky-limestone soils in a cool climate that preserves acidity and lends fine minerality. The resulting wine is both immediate and age-worthy, built for freshness and layered depth.

Emphasis is placed on careful selection of parcels, traditional bottle fermentation and extended lees ageing to build depth and complexity. The house's consistent non-vintage cuvée is designed to reflect its signature balance of freshness, toasty autolysis and structural weight.
