釀造工藝:採取手工分箱採收,入廠後先進行 2–5 天的冷浸前浸皮,再於全溫控不鏽鋼槽發酵 3–4 週,成熟期為 18 個月橡木桶(65% 新桶),因此木香與果味融合得很自然,口感更為圓潤細膩。
葡萄園與土壤:園地以約 60% 灰色黏土與 40% 砂礫為主,葡萄藤平均約 35 年樹齡。低產量管理與精細的棚架修剪,讓葡萄在小產量下能集中風味,土壤的礦物感也帶來線條感。
飲用建議:現在喝已相當討喜,若想欣賞更複雜的松露與陳年香氣,也可再陳放;開瓶建議醒酒約一小時,能讓香氣更完整地展開。建議與烤羊、紅肉或成熟乳酪搭配。
Tasting Note: The 2011 La Conseillante is a quintessential Pomerol of elegant poise — lifted aromas of red berry and spring florals lead to deeper notes of truffle, dark cherry and subtle cocoa. Medium-bodied and finely balanced, the palate shows pure fruit framed by seamless oak, polished tannins and a fresh, mineral-driven acidity. The finish is soft, velvety and persistent.
Producer Notes & Vintage: The estate highlights the wine’s ability to develop with age: youthful perfumes of violets and red fruit give way to truffle and tertiary complexity with cellaring. The 2011 growing season delivered a cool winter, a hot spring and a sunny September, producing ripe, concentrated fruit.
Winemaking & Ageing: Fruit was hand-harvested in early to late September, with a short pre-fermentation cold maceration (2–5 days) followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats for 3–4 weeks. Maturation took place for 18 months in oak (65% new, 35% one-year-old barrels), resulting in integrated wood spice and refined structure.
Vineyard Notes: Soils combine roughly 60% grey clay with 40% sandy gravel on parcels averaging mid-aged vines (≈35 years). Low-yield plots and careful canopy management contribute to the wine’s concentration and aromatic precision.
Cellaring & Serving: Ready to enjoy now but with long ageing potential; decant for about an hour to open the aromatics and soften edges. Serve at cellar-cool red temperature.
