品飲筆記:寶利白一級田呈現柔和的金黃色澤,第一時間躍出的香氣是熟桃、烤青蘋果與檸檬皮,再疊上烘烤橡木的香草、杏仁與一抹蜂蜜感。入口圓潤奶油般的口感與活潑的酸度並行,下喉後礦物感與細緻的橡木單寧慢慢延展,整體平衡而不厚重。 酒莊與生產:由巴凱家族(Famille Paquet)在馬孔產區旗下的 Domaine des Valanges 出品,針對頂級園塊嚴格挑選葡果,強調風土呈現與酒體的豐富度。 釀造特色:採用法國橡木桶發酵並部分使用新桶,橡木與澀感經由酒泥陳放整合,加上溫和的乳酸發酵處理,讓酒體保有圓潤的奶油質地同時維持清爽酸度。 葡萄園與風土:一級田地多為石灰岩與黏土-石灰混合土壤,排水良好、白天日照充足,能帶出明確的礦物性與緊實酸度。葡萄園管控以低產量與精細修剪為主,確保成熟均衡與風味集中。 建議:略為降溫後飲用或醒瓶30分鐘最能展現香氣。非常適合搭配奶油系海鮮、蘑菇燉飯或烤白肉,口感與料理能互相提升。

Tasting note: Vibrant and generous, this Premier Cru opens with a pale gold hue and aromas of ripe stone fruit, baked apple and lemon zest, layered with toasted oak, vanilla and a faint almond note. On the palate it shows a creamy mid-palate, lively acidity and a concentrated, mineral-driven finish — balanced and persistent. Producer notes: From the Famille Paquet range produced under Domaine des Valanges in the Maconnais, this bottling represents the estate’s focus on top sites. Fruit is selected from Premier Cru parcels and vinified to highlight terroir expression and textural richness. Winemaking notes: Fermented in French oak with a portion of new barrels, the wine is barrel-aged on fine lees to build weight and integrate the oak. Gentle malolactic conversion is encouraged to soften edges and produce the characteristic creamy texture while preserving freshness. Vineyard notes: Vines are planted on classic Pouilly-Fuissé limestone and clay-limestone slopes that bring minerality and structured acidity. Low yields and careful canopy management concentrate flavours and ensure ripe, phenolic maturity at harvest. Service: Chill lightly and decant for about 30 minutes to allow aromas to open. Best served at 10–12°C. A refined choice for special dinners, versatile with richer white-protein dishes and shellfish.
