品飲筆記:深寶石紅色,初聞有明顯的黑醋栗與黑櫻桃香氣,伴隨泥土、香料與橡木的煙燻氣息。入口圓潤柔和、中段多汁,單寧已趨柔順但仍支撐結構,餘韻中等偏長。酒莊簡介:楓宏城堡建於1855年,城堡名字源自園中涌出的冷泉,現由Chanfreau家族掌管,酒莊屬於Cru Bourgeois Supérieur,為波爾多重要聯盟成員之一。釀造手法:採收時嚴格挑選園塊與果粒,輕柔破皮去梗後以小型恆溫發酵槽分批發酵,浸皮期約20–25天以帶出各地塊差異。熟成約12個月於merrain橡木桶(每年約三分之一換桶),再於酒莊混配裝瓶。葡萄園環境:位於利斯特拉克典型礫石 - 比利牛斯礫石覆蓋石灰岩下層,土壤排水良好,賦予酒體礦質感與穩定酸度。建議醒酒30–60分鐘以去除沉澱並舒展香氣。配菜建議:烤羊排、燒烤牛肋、野味與風乾或熟成起司都很合拍。這瓶酒風格樸實經典,適合喜歡地中海西岸樸實果香與土壤感的飲家。


Tasting Note: Mature dark-ruby colour with prominent black-currant and black cherry aromas layered over earthy, savory undertones and a hint of dried spice and cedar from oak ageing. On the palate it shows a soft, round texture and juicy mid-palate framed by moderate tannins and a medium-long finish. Producer Notes: Chateau Fonréaud — whose name evokes a royal spring — dates to an 1855 house built on gravelly Pyrenean soils. Owned and run by the Chanfreau family, the estate is classed Cru Bourgeois Supérieur and a member of the Union des Grands Crus de Bordeaux. Winemaking Notes: Parcels are strictly selected at harvest; grapes receive gentle crushing and destemming before fermentation in small thermoregulated vats (vatting 20–25 days depending on vintage). Maturation is around 12 months in merrain oak barrels with about one-third renewed each year. Vineyard Notes: Vines sit on gravelly Pyrenean soils over limestone subsoil, a classic Médoc profile that brings structure and minerality. Drinking Window: historically suggested 1994–2008 — a mature bottle today may have softened tannins and tertiary notes; decant briefly (30–60 minutes) to settle sediment and open aromas. Food Pairing: Best with grilled or roasted red meats, lamb with herbs, game and mature cheeses.

Chateau Fonréaud — a historic estate with an 1855 château set on gravelly Pyrenean soils. Long in the Chanfreau family (current custodians Jean and Marie-Hélène Chanfreau and Caroline Chanfreau-Philippon), the property is classed Cru Bourgeois Supérieur and focuses on careful parcel selection, controlled vat fermentations and oak maturation to produce classic Médoc reds.
