A celebratory limited-edition expression from Rémy Martin’s Club range, released for the Year of the Horse. On the nose this Fine Champagne Cognac reveals ripe dried stone fruit and candied citrus layered with warm vanilla, honeyed toffee and gentle baking spices. The palate is plush and generous — toasted oak, almond praline and a soft spice core carry through to a long, warm finish with lingering orange peel and delicate smoky notes. Crafted from eaux-de-vie of Grande and Petite Champagne, it is double-distilled in traditional copper stills and matured in Limousin oak casks before being artfully blended by the Cellar Master. Presented in a distinctive commemorative decanter, this release is built for slow sipping, special moments and collectors.
