來自聖艾斯泰夫的經典酒款,2020 年展現深沉卻優雅的風格:黑色果實、深櫻桃與黑加侖為主調,伴有咖啡、黑巧克力與雪松的香氣。口感飽滿有層次,單寧細緻但有支撐力,帶一點礦質與鹹香的餘韻,收尾悠長。釀造上以不鏽鋼槽與 500L 橡木桶發酵,之後在橡木中熟成約 18 個月,使酒體既有力量又保有細緻度。葡萄園面積約 70 公頃,平均樹齡約 35 年、高株密度管理良好,結果穩定且果實成熟度佳。建議醒酒約一小時再飲,搭配厚切牛排或烤羊肉尤其合拍。


A classic Saint-Estèphe from a respected Médoc estate, the 2020 shows a concentrated core of black fruits framed by cedar, tobacco and dark chocolate aromas. On the palate it is dense yet refined: layered dark berry and cassis flavours interweave with espresso, licorice and a mineral, savory thread. Tannins are grainy and polished, supporting a long, meaty finish. Winemaking combines fermentation in stainless steel vats and 500‑litre barrels, followed by 18 months of oak ageing that brings structure and gentle spice influence. The estate works 70 hectares of vineyards with an average vine age around 35 years and high planting density, producing carefully managed fruit and around 200,000 bottles. Decant for about an hour if drinking in its youth; will cellar gracefully through the next two decades.

Chateau Phélan Ségur is a long-established Médoc estate in Saint-Estèphe, managed by Véronique Dausse with Philippe Van de Vyvere as owner. The cellar team is led by winemaker Fabrice Bacquey with consultant input from Michel Rolland; Luc Peyronnet oversees the vineyards. The property farms roughly 70 ha with a focus on concentrated, classically structured wines and a production around 200,000 bottles.
