品飲筆記：杯中呈耀眼金黃，散發出白花香氣，如山楂花與相思花，伴隨細緻橡木香。入口飽滿圓潤，質地豐厚但不顯笨重，鮮明的酸度帶出清爽感與整體的優雅。酒莊與生產：這款酒來自原屬VALLOUIT的葡萄園，由吉佳樂世家釀造，產量有限約三萬瓶，採木塞封瓶。釀造與陳年：以約18°C受控發酵，為期12個月的陳年其中部分在橡木桶中完成，帶來綿密口感與細微香料氣息而不蓋過果味。田間環境：土壤以黏土粉質為主，混有沙與礫石，平均樹齡約25年，帶來均衡成熟與礦物感。飲用建議：輕微醒30分鐘可讓香氣更開，建議冷藏後飲用（偏涼）。搭配建議：烤雞、香草豬排、奶油魚類或是中等硬度奶酪都很合拍。

Tasting note: Golden-yellow in the glass with a fragrant bouquet of hawthorn and acacia blossoms framed by delicate, well-integrated oak. The palate is full-bodied and rounded — rich and generous yet buoyed by a lively freshness and fine precision. Producer notes: Crafted from vineyards formerly part of the Vallouit estate, this Crozes-Hermitage Blanc balances generosity and freshness. Winemaking notes: Temperature-controlled fermentation around 18°C and ageing for 12 months, partly in oak, give texture and subtle spice without overwhelming the fruit. Vineyard notes: Soils of clay-silt with patches of sand and gravel; vines average about 25 years old. Production is limited (c.30,000 bottles) and the wine is sealed with cork. Serve gently chilled; a short decant (about 30 minutes) will open the aromatics and soften the oak. Drinking window: 2022–2026. Food match: excellent with roast poultry, herb-crusted pork, richer white fish dishes and creamier cheeses.
