Tasting note: Bright pale straw with a lively, fine mousse. Aromas open with orange blossom, elderflower and citrus zest, layered with ripe peach, apricot and a honeyed thread. On the palate the wine is plushly sweet yet buoyed by a fresh citric line and playful bubbles that keep the texture light and refreshing. The finish is scented and gently persistent.

Producer notes: From Acquesi in Asti, this DOCG bottling is made as a classic regional sparkling sweet wine, designed to showcase aromatic intensity while preserving low alcohol and vibrant freshness. It has earned strong reviews for its balance and aromatic clarity.

Winemaking notes: Made using the Asti method to capture the wine's natural aromatics and effervescence. Fermentation is halted early to retain residual sugar, then kept cool and bottled after stainless-steel maturation to preserve primary fruit and floral characters.
