A charming, lightly sparkling sweet red with an exuberant aromatic profile. Bright red-fruit aromas of strawberry and raspberry mingle with rose petal and a hint of musk; the mousse is fine and persistent, lifting the sweetness into a lively, refreshing frame. Low in alcohol and easy on the palate, this wine is made to be enjoyed chilled and young.

Producer notes: Crafted by a producer rooted in the hills of Piedmont, this bottling focuses on preserving primary fruit and floral aromas. Fermentation is controlled to retain residual sweetness while building a gentle sparkle that enhances texture.

Winemaking notes: Fermentation is carefully stopped to leave a noticeable but balanced residual sugar; secondary fermentation creates a creamy bead of bubbles that supports the wine's perfume. Minimal oak influence keeps the expression pure and vibrant.
