A celebratory limited‑edition bottling of a classic 12‑year single malt from Orkney. Aromas open with honeyed malt, heather blossom and a soft citrus lift, followed by gentle peat smoke, vanilla and toasted oak. The palate is rounded and silky: rich toffee and dried fruit underpinned by coastal salt and a subtle spice warmth. Matured in sherry‑seasoned oak casks, this release shows the distillery’s hallmark balance of floral sweetness and restrained smoke. Ideal for sipping neat with a short rest in the glass to let the layers unfurl.
