大摩 12 年單一麥芽威士忌口感圓潤、層次豐富。杯中先是清晰的柑橘皮、可可與香料香氣,入口帶有橙皮的鮮明果酸與乾果的甜美,綿密的香草、太妃糖與微苦的黑巧克力慢慢浮現,尾韻以烘焙咖啡和溫暖的雪莉桶乾果味收尾。酒廠由大摩蒸餾廠操刀,資深調酒師 Richard Paterson 精心監督,先以美國白橡木波本桶熟成,再以稀有 Oloroso 雪莉桶收尾,使酒體更厚實、口感更圓潤。田間而言,使用高地氣候生長的麥芽大麥,賦予穩定的穀物骨架;釀造與橡木桶管理則是風味的關鍵。建議小口慢飲,或加幾滴水並讓酒在杯中醒約 10–20 分鐘,會更顯開放與細緻。
The Dalmore 12 Year Old is a polished Highland single malt that opens with bright citrus and cocoa-laced aromas, moving into a plush palate of Seville orange, dried fruits and vanilla pods. Matured first in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and finished in rare Oloroso sherry casks, it carries layers of toffee, roasted coffee and dark chocolate through a long, warming finish. Crafted under Master Distiller Richard Paterson and owned by Whyte & Mackay, this 12-year-old showcases Dalmore’s signature sherry-cask style: rich, refined and instantly approachable. Serve neat or with a few drops of water and allow 10–20 minutes in the glass to open up its spice and citrus notes.
