Ardbeg Smoketrails 曼薩尼亞限量版把艾雷島的泥炭煙與雪莉桶的海風鹹香巧妙結合。聞香有甜煙與瀝青感,海藻與橄欖鹹汁撐起海岸氣息,還有焦糖檸檬皮、茴香和核桃的細緻襯托。入口先帶出意外的罐頭鳳梨香,再被灰燼般的泥炭煙、燒焦橡木與煙味花生皮接手;檸檬的酸度和顯著的鹹感在口中反覆出現,口感飽滿但不笨重。收結屬中等長度,帶有一抹焦油和茴香的尾韻。 酒廠說明:此酒由 Ardbeg 在艾雷島蒸餾,現由 Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy 擁有並注重橡木桶的挑選與調配。熟成以橡木桶為主,並以曼薩尼亞(Manzanilla)雪莉桶做後熟,讓酒體多了海鹽、橄欖與淡淡酵母感的層次。 釀造與田地:採用單一麥芽(100% 麥芽大麥),以泥炭重燻風格為主。想讓風味更開放,建議倒入杯中靜置10–15分鐘再品嚐,亦可加幾滴水軟化煙感。適合配有鹹香或煙燻味的菜餚,如油封海鮮、煙燻肉或風乾乳酪,口感會更有層次。

Ardbeg Smoketrails Manzanilla Edition is a bold Islay single malt that weaves coastal smoke with the saline, tangy character of Manzanilla-seasoned casks. On the nose it shows sweet smoke and a hint of tar, dried seaweed and olive brine, with candied lemon peel, fennel and walnuts. The palate opens with a surprising fruit note—tinned pineapple—quickly joined by ashy peat smoke, charred oak and smoked peanut skins; a pronounced salinity rides alongside bright citrus. The finish is medium in length, with salt, tar and a whisper of aniseed. Producer notes: distilled at Ardbeg on Islay and released as a Manzanilla cask–influenced expression; ownership under Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy ensures careful cask selection and quality control. Maturation: oaked, with finishing influence from Manzanilla sherry casks that lend saline, olive and light yeasty notes to the classic Ardbeg peat profile. Distilling & maturation: made from 100% malted barley, heavily peated and matured in oak before a period of finishing in Manzanilla-seasoned sherry casks. Expect a full-bodied mouthfeel with layers of smoke, salted tang and citrus brightness—best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water and about 10–15 minutes of breathing to let the Manzanilla lift the mid-palate.
