釀造與陳年：以傳統小銅鍋蒸餾，使用斯貝賽地區的大麥和清澈泉水製成基酒，經過30年的細緻陳年讓酒體更加圓潤與統一。飲用建議：常溫純飲或加幾滴礦泉水，靜置10–20分鐘讓香氣完全打開。

田地與風土：供應的大麥來自周邊農田，當地涼爽穩定的氣候與河流泥土，為基酒帶來溫和的水果底色與持久的熟成表現。這款酒適合慢慢品味、細細體會時間帶來的變化。

Tasting note: Rich and elegant, The Glenrothes 30 Year Old opens with dried orchard fruit and orange marmalade, layered with honeyed toffee, vanilla custard and warm baking spices. Polished oak, gentle leather and dark chocolate notes linger through a long, expressive finish.

Producer notes: Distilled at The Glenrothes in Speyside and overseen by Master Distiller Laura Rampling, this bottling reflects decades of careful maturation. The distillery selects seasoned oak casks to achieve a balance of sweetness, spice and oak complexity before a patient 30-year rest.

Winemaking/distillation notes: Made from malted barley and distilled in traditional copper pot stills, this single malt benefits from extended ageing which mellows spirit edges and integrates cask influence. Bottled at 43% ABV to preserve aromatics and texture.

Vineyard/field notes: Barley for The Glenrothes typically comes from regional farms around Speyside; soft local water and a cool, stable climate help create a whisky that marries ripe fruit character with refined oak maturity. Best enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water and allowed to open for about 15 minutes.
