炙手可热的大嶺酒造以極簡設計為概念，改用非常簡單的「米粒」剪影作包裝，用一至五粒米區分純米大吟釀、純米吟釀、純米酒、 無規格酒等。5粒米是測試釀造系列，大部份產品資料如原料米、產品級別及精米步合均是非公開，務求令飲家感受最真實滋味。
Ohmine Shuzou has gained popularity worldwide with its minimalistic concept and product design. It has been served at Michelin three star restaurants, and became one of the hottest sake in the market.
