炙手可热的大嶺酒造以極簡設計為概念，改用非常簡單的「米粒」剪影作包裝，用一至五粒米區分純米大吟釀、純米吟釀、純米酒、 無規格酒等。5粒米是測試釀造系列，大部份產品資料如原料米、產品級別及精米步合均是非公開，務求令飲家感受最真實滋味。
