The 2005 Two Hands Wines Bella's Garden Shiraz is a masterful expression of Barossa Valley terroir. This sumptuous wine is defined by its aromatic complexity and finesse, with notes of suede, cinnamon, plum, and berry. The palate is creamy and supple, leading to a long, velvety finish. Predominately grown in the Red/Brown earth of the Barossa’s western ranges, the soil profile creates masculine tannins and richness through the palate. The wine is fermented in open top fermenters with regular pump overs to extract color, flavor, and tannins, and aged for 18 months in French oak hogsheads. Enjoy this wine with grilled lamb chops, beef stew, aged cheddar cheese, or roasted vegetables.
