Description
以消失接近一百年的食用米「萬歲」米釀造，萬歲米經過6年研究後復育成功，其後酒造也花數年時間秘密研發，此作才正式推出。香氣帶一般清酒鮮有的番石榴，麥芽和微微青瓜般氣息，入口有一股獨特的熱帶水果般酸甜感，米鮮味（Umami）悠長且甘酸度非常平衡。
