A clean, food-friendly Junmai brewed by the brewery behind 榮光富士 ASTERISK. On the nose, gentle notes of toasted rice, green apple and subtle mineral lift. The palate is dry and savory with pronounced umami, a silky mid-palate and a clean, lingering finish that returns to grain and light spice. Crafted with traditional koji fermentation and careful temperature control, this sake shows bright acidity balanced by a round mouthfeel, making it versatile at the table — excellent with seafood, tempura and lightly seasoned grilled dishes.

Produced by the brewery behind 榮光富士, a regional producer situated near Mt. Fuji.
