品飲筆記：打開杯蓋先是橡木與香料的氣息，隨之而來的是黑莓的成熟果香、煙草灰與黑巧克力的深層調性。入口飽滿，單寧成熟且紮實，酒體厚實、結構分明，尾韻帶點苦甜巧克力回味。 酒莊與產區：出自長城（張裕）與莫瑟合作的長諭系列，結合現代化釀造設備與寧夏日夜溫差大的高原特質，能釀出濃郁而有條理的紅酒。產量屬較大規模，但仍維持穩定的橡木熟成風格。 釀造與酒窖：葡萄經適度熟成後以橡木桶陳年，賦予香草、香料與巧克力的層次。殘糖低（4.8 g/L），酸度偏穩（5.8 g/L），硫化物管理與天然軟木塞的搭配，呈現成熟果味與橡木融合的口感。 田間與口感建議：寧夏的砂礫與壤土、以及大溫差帶來的集中果香與明顯單寧，使這支酒在烤紅肉或厚切牛排上表現很好。建議醒酒約一小時，讓單寧與果味更融合，口感會更順。

Tasting note: Deep, oak-driven aromas of spicy cedar and dark chocolate meet black olive, tobacco ash and concentrated blackberry fruit. On the palate it’s bold and polished — generous ripe tannins frame a plush core of dark fruit, finishing long with a touch of bitter chocolate on the aftertaste. Producer notes: From the Chateau Changyu Moser Longyu range, this wine is produced at scale yet crafted to show Ningxia’s concentrated character. Matured in oak, it reflects the winery’s commitment to modern winemaking while offering broad appeal and consistency. Winemaking notes: Fermented and then matured in oak barrels, the wine shows pronounced oak spice and chocolate notes balanced by concentrated fruit. Residual sugar is low (4.8 g/L); total acidity is measured at 5.8 g/L; sulfites 39 ppm. Natural cork closure. Vineyard notes: Sourced from Ningxia’s continental vineyards where high diurnal temperature range and well-draining soils concentrate flavors and phenolics. Fruit selection and oak ageing deliver ripe tannins and a structured mouthfeel ideal for short- to mid-term drinking.
