品飲筆記：酒色明亮偏金，前段散發成熟白桃、梨與檸檬皮的香氣，接著有熱帶果實的甜感與草本花香，底層帶些微香草與烘烤杏仁的風味。入口奶油般圓潤但不膩，果肉感豐滿，鮮明的酸度讓整體保持清爽利落；橡木陳年帶來細緻的質地與香氣層次，尾韻帶鹽感與香料余味，收束長而優雅。生產與釀造：出自享有盛名的大梅諾堡（Château Mouton Rothschild）園區，採收期間為8月22日至31日。釀酒團隊以細緻處理為要，部分在法國橡木中熟成約6個月以建立奶油質地與複雜度，同時保留新鮮果香與活力。葡萄園與土壤：葡萄自名為「Plateau de Mouton」的高地，深厚礫石土壤、密植（約1萬株/公頃）與約44年平均樹齡讓葡萄累積豐沛風味與良好排水，海洋性氣候帶來清晰礦感與口感張力。建議於冰鎮後稍微醒半小時飲用，現飲即可享受，未來數年內仍有發展空間。

Tasting note: Bright, lemon-tinged gold with an expressive nose of white peach, ripe pear, lime zest and tropical notes (mango, pineapple). Floral and herbaceous lift is balanced by gentle spice, toasted almond and a touch of vanilla from French oak. The palate is creamy and juicy with vivid acidity that keeps the wine focused and fresh; oak imparts a round, textured mid-palate and the finish is long, saline and perfumed. Producer & winemaking: From the prestigious Château Mouton Rothschild estate, this bottling reflects careful harvesting (22–31 August) and oak maturation (French oak, 6 months). The team led by Philippe, Julien and Camille Sereys de Rothschild favours precision: controlled extraction, élevage in oak to build texture while preserving bright primary fruit and freshness. Vineyard notes: Fruit comes from the Plateau de Mouton — deep, gravelly soils on a modest hillock with dense planting (≈10,000 vines/ha) and mature vines (avg. ~44 years). The site’s mineral, well-drained gravels and Atlantic influence lend salinity and ripe tension to the wine. Drinking window: approachable now with excellent mid-term aging potential.
