Almaviva 酒莊 1998 開始建設、2000 年啟用,由建築師 Martín Hurtado 設計,外型呼應安第斯山脈,室內以 Mapuche 文化符號裝飾。酒莊為法、智合資項目,講究分地塊釀製:不鏽鋼控溫發酵、自然乳酸發酵,並在新法國橡木桶中陳 19 個月,強調精選與細緻陳年處理。

Almaviva winery, inaugurated in 2000 and designed by Martín Hurtado, blends modern architecture with Chilean native materials and Mapuche-inspired interior elements. A joint venture combining Baron Philippe de Rothschild's Bordeaux expertise with Concha y Toro's Chilean know-how, Almaviva focuses on parcel-based vinification in stainless steel tanks, spontaneous malolactic fermentation and élevage in new French oak for 19 months.
