品飲筆記：酒色深邃，香氣層次豐富，以深色漿果、野莓與香料盒的複合香為主，還帶有細緻的雪松與礦感。入口飽滿有張力，果味集中但保有新鮮感，單寧細緻而有支撐，收結帶一抹粉礫般的餘韻。 酒莊與釀造：馥悅酒莊（Amuse Bouche）由 John Schwartz 擁有，名釀師 Heidi Peterson Barrett 操刀，以嚴選園塊與小批次調配著稱。酒款強調質地與平衡，用橡木陳年增加結構但不遮蓋果味。 葡萄園與土壤：此酒取自多座納帕優良園地（包含 Fantesca、Amuse Bouche、Au Sommet、La Sirena 和 Barrett & Barrett），來自山坡與谷地不同位置，造就果實的濃郁度、礦感與層次。建議醒酒一小時左右，讓質地與香氣更顯開放。

Tasting Note: Deep ruby, expressive and concentrated. The nose opens with spiced dark cherries, bramble berries, a spice-box complexity and fine cedar. Crushed rock mineral notes lift the aromatics and lead to a palate that is layered and full-bodied, showing freshness and tension alongside super-fine tannins and a lingering, slightly chalky finish.
