品飲筆記:這款1983年份表現成熟而溫暖,先是乾燥杏桃、蜜餞李子與橙皮糖漬的香氣,隨之而來的有烘烤橡木、香草和焦糖糖漿的層次。口感柔順順滑,酒體飽滿,焦糖、烤杏仁與香料慢慢堆疊,尾韻持久而回甘。 酒莊介紹:Delord 家族的故事從1893年開始,創辦人為巡迴蒸餾與窖藏師傅,至今以傳統與細緻的釀造管理聞名。家族蒸餾廠位於 Lannepax,老窖藏中有上千口橡木桶,最古老的酒款還收藏在避光的玻璃大罐中。 釀造工藝:葡萄分地塊分別壓榨、發酵,溫控、沉澱與換桶工序都非常考究,目標是釀出香氣豐富、微酸且低酒精的基酒,最適合做蒸餾。Delord 同時使用傳統連續蒸餾與雙重蒸餾法,冬季蒸餾以保留細緻香氣。 葡萄園與工匠精神:莊園約45公頃分成11塊小地,全年由專人巡護照料,土壤與微氣候賦予酒款既有果香又帶陳年香氣的平衡。飲用建議:不用過度醒酒,倒入郁金香杯靜置約15分鐘即可釋放更多層次,配巧克力或鵝肝都很合拍,當作餐後慢飲也十分愜意。
Tasting note: A refined vintage Armagnac showing a warm aromatic profile of dried apricots, ripe prune and candied orange peel, layered over toasted oak, vanilla and soft toffee. On the palate it is silky and concentrated — caramel and toasted almond lead into spice and a long, warming finish. Producer notes: Delord’s story began in 1893 with Prosper Delord, a travelling distiller and cellar master. Today the house remains family-run in Lannepax, marrying tradition and careful cellar management. The estate ages its eaux-de-vie in a mix of oak casks and, for the oldest expressions, in glass bonbonnes kept away from light. Winemaking notes: Grapes are pressed and vinified separately, with strict temperature control, must settling and racking to preserve an aromatic, slightly fresh base wine ideal for distillation. Distillation is carried out in winter; the house practices both continuous and double distillation methods, then matures the spirit in century-old cellars with over a thousand barrels. Vineyard notes: The estate’s vineyards total 45 hectares across 11 parcels around Lannepax and are managed year-round with meticulous care. The result is a balanced, expressive vintage armagnac that combines orchard and dried-fruit aromas with seasoned oak complexity. Service suggestion: Serve neat in a tulip glass, give about 15 minutes to open in the glass to reveal secondary aromas. Excellent with dark chocolate, foie gras or simply as a contemplative after-dinner dram.
