Tasting Note: Pale gold with a persistent, fine mousse. Aromas of green melon, spiced pear and dried lemon lead into brioche, toasted pastry and delicate vanilla. On the palate this demi‑sec shows candied apple, sweet nectarine and marshmallow notes balanced by lively citrus acidity and creamy lees-driven texture. The sweetness is generous but well-integrated, finishing with caramelised-apple warmth and good length.
Producer Notes: A prestige cuvée presented in its signature metallic bottle, created by the house and elevated under its celebrity ownership. Constructed from carefully chosen reserve lots and matured to reveal autolytic complexity and polished richness.
Winemaking: Traditional method with extended lees ageing and a dosage around 33 g/L for the demi‑sec style. Slow secondary fermentation in bottle and meticulous disgorgement retain freshness while delivering a rounded, mouth-filling profile.
Vineyard: Fruit comes from selected parcels in Champagne with cool, chalky soils that preserve bright acidity and elegant aromatics. Gentle viticultural practices and strict selection ensure ripe flavour development suitable for an off-dry prestige cuvée.
Service: Serve well-chilled (8–10°C). No formal decanting required — allow the wine about 10 minutes after opening to settle so aromas can open up. Ideal for celebrations and pairing with both rich and sweet courses.
