酒莊簡介:熔岩路(Sciara / Azienda Agricola Sciara)位於埃特納北坡,以低干預與小產量聞名。葡萄人工採收,注重在地風土,採用不搶戲的釀法——以不鏽鋼發酵並在中性容器上澄澈陳放,保留果酸與礦物感。葡萄園坐落高海拔火山坡,土壤含豐富火山岩,日夜溫差大,造就清新而有輪廓的白酒風格。

Producer: Sciara (Azienda Agricola Sciara) operates on the northern slopes of Mount Etna. The estate focuses on low-intervention methods, harvesting by hand and keeping yields modest to highlight site character. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel with selected lees aging in neutral vessels to preserve freshness while adding texture. The vines benefit from volcanic soils, high elevation and cool breezes from the Ionian Sea.
