Beyond X 出自「Occasional」系列，每年只釀造一次；用上千葉縣產「総の舞」釀造，更加係総乃寒菊最高精米度嘅超限定作品! 加上全程以超低溫發酵，釀出優雅嘅水果香，洋梨、蘋果香氣特別出眾，入口甘酸平衡，係一款柔和優雅嘅傑作。
Only brewed once per year, Beyond X is the latest release from the Shuzo's "Occasional" series. Brewed with Fusanomai from Chiba, rice polish is up to 29%, making it one of the most refined sake in its collection. It opens up with aromas of fresh apple and pear, its sweetness is balanced by nice acidity. This bottle is a well made and elegant sake.
