Tasting note
品飲印象:色澤淡稻草金,氣泡細緻綿密。第一時間是清爽的柑橘皮、成熟梨與白肉果香,隨後浮現輕柔的麵包香與奶油酵母氣息,口中質地絲滑,泡沫帶出豐富的口感層次;酸度明快,尾韻帶有礦感與一絲鹹味,悠長收束。 生產與釀造:家族酒莊長年堅持傳統手法與嚴謹調配,採用多年份基礎與超過半數的陳年酒液來維持穩定性與深度。瓶內澱粉氧化發展約三十個月,進一步塑造出那份餅香與細膩奶油感。釀造以不鏽鋼罐發酵並完成蘋果酸轉化,低劑量補糖(約3 g/L),讓酒既乾爽又有層次。 葡萄園與風土:葡萄來自香檳數個優良園區,重視土壤礦性與微氣候的平衡,目的是把清新與成熟果實感融合起來。口感建議:冰鎮後直接飲用即可,搭配生蠔、海鮮或輕盈奶油類前菜都非常合拍。
Tasting Note: Pale straw with a persistent, fine mousse. Aromas open to fresh citrus, ripe pear, white stone fruit and a delicate floral lift, followed by toasted brioche, almond and honeyed notes from extended lees ageing. On the palate it shows a creamy, almost silky mousse with precise acidity that gives a lively backbone and a long, chalky-saline finish. Producer Notes: Crafted for balance and harmony, this cuvée is assembled from top Champagne sites and several vintages to deliver an approachable yet layered sparkling wine ideal as an aperitif or across a full meal. Winemaking Notes: Vinified in stainless steel with malolactic fermentation and a significant proportion of reserve wines (50–60%) for complexity. Ageing on lees for approximately 30 months and a low dosage (around 3 g/L) create freshness with a subtle richness. Vineyard Notes: Fruit is sourced from selected parcels across Champagne’s premier areas, chosen for tension and ripeness. The blend and reserve-wine strategy aim to combine vibrancy with mature, autolytic character. Serving: Serve well-chilled (6–8°C). No decanting necessary — gentle chilling and careful opening preserve the mousse and clarity of aromas.
