Tasting note

Krug 第164版以2008年為核心,延續酒莊對層次與細膩的追求。香氣先是溫暖的烘焙麵包與烤杏仁,繼而展現柑橘皮、青蘋果與蜂蜜的細緻甜感,口中氣泡細緻、質地奶油般豐滿,鮮明的酸度讓整體保持清爽與條理。酒體在唇齒間散出杏仁膏、成熟果香與礦物感,收尾悠長且帶點鹹味回甘。釀造上採傳統瓶內二次發酵,部分基酒在小橡木桶中發酵並以多年陳年儲存為基礎,使複雜度與穩定性更顯著。葡萄園位於白堊與礫石交錯的坡地,風土賦予酒款清晰的骨架與礦質感。建議冰鎮後先醒約30分鐘,再搭配鮮甜貝類、龍蝦義大利麵或微酸乳酪,能把這款酒的細膩口感與層次推到更高。

Krug's 164th Edition, built around the 2008 base year, is a consummate expression of the Maison's philosophy: a meticulous multi-vintage blend shaped by long cellar ageing and the careful use of reserve wines. The nose opens with warm brioche and toasted almond, then blossoms into citrus zest, green apple and subtle honeyed layers. On the palate it shows a fine, creamy mousse and vibrant acidity that give lift and precision; secondary notes of marzipan, baked orchard fruits and a mineral backbone unfold toward a long, savory finish. Crafted in the traditional method with fermentation in small oak casks for many reserve components and extended bottle aging on lees, this cuvée balances richness and freshness with remarkable complexity. Ideally serve well-chilled and allow 30 minutes after opening for the aromatics to broaden. Superb with refined shellfish dishes, lobster pasta, or a tangy goat cheese, and elegant enough for lighter desserts featuring berries.
