2019 Chateau Calon Segur

品嚐筆記：2019 卡龍世家香氣豐富：黑莓、黑醋栗與黑李子為主，花香與一抹佛手柑點綴，伴隨雪松、煙草與咖啡的香氣。口感飽滿而不臃腫，果實濃郁但被細膩、絲滑的單寧包裹，酸度帶來清爽張力，尾韻悠長且帶鹹香與礦質感。
酒莊與釀造：卡龍世家一向追求在土地與優雅之間的平衡。2019 年採用人工採收，經田間與機械分選後於溫控不鏽鋼罐發酵，浸皮 18–21 天，使用蛋清澄清，最後在法國橡木桶熟成 20 個月，顧問釀酒師為 Eric Boissenot。
葡萄園風土：葡萄園坐落於厚厚的砾石層之上，下層為黏土，頂部還有湖相黏土薄層，排水佳且帶出礦物感，炎熱但乾爽的 2019 年使果實成熟均勻。
飲用建議：這酒結構緊實，建議醒酒約 1.5–2 小時再享用；若年輕收藏，陳年潛力極佳。搭配烤牛排、羊腿或濃汁燉煮的野味最合拍。

Tasting Note: The 2019 Calon-Ségur opens with a complex aromatic bouquet of dark berries, violet and bergamot, layered with cedar, tobacco leaf and espresso. On the palate it is concentrated and powerful yet refined — ripe dark fruit framed by silky, finely grained tannins and a bright, succulent acidity that carries flavors into a very long, savory finish.
Producer Notes: The Grand Vin reflects the estate’s balance of delicacy and intensity. Style emphasises finesse and purity of flavour alongside depth and length; 2019 shows exceptional maturity and ageing potential.
Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested (24 Sept–9 Oct), grapes undergo mechanical sorting and a first selection in the vineyard. Fermentation in temperature-controlled conical stainless-steel tanks with maceration for 18–21 days. Wine is fined with egg white and aged for 20 months in French oak.
Vineyard Notes: Planted on a thick Quaternary gravel layer over predominantly Tertiary clay subsoil, with a fine lacustrine clay at the summit of gravel deposits. The terroir supplies drainage and minerality that balance ripe fruit concentration.
Ageing & Cellar Potential: Robust structure and polished tannins promise long-term cellaring; drinking window recommended from 2025 and onwards for decades.
