Winemaker & Vineyard Notes: From a classified Saint-Emilion estate, the 2021 was vinified in separate parcels, gravity-fed into conical stainless-steel vats with stringent temperature control. Malolactic fermentation was managed partly in new barrels and partly in steel; ageing of 16–18 months in 50% new French oak adds seasoning and fine-grain tannins. Vineyards produce concentrated fruit with saline mineral tension typical of well-sited Saint-Emilion parcels.
