Tasting note

品飲筆記:酒色深沉,散發黑梅、熟櫻桃與黑莓的果香,伴隨肉桂、雪松與煙草的香氣,香料感細緻。入口飽滿,果實濃郁但不膨脹,單寧紮實卻帶有絲滑感,酸度中等偏低,結構穩定,餘韻溫暖悠長。 生產方式:小批量釀製,採用人工挑選與低產量管理,強調葡萄本身的濃縮度與產區特色。此款為375 ml小瓶裝,適合單人或分享品嘗。 釀造工藝:受控溫發酵並延長浸皮期以萃取足夠色澤與單寧,之後在新舊橡木桶中熟成約10至14個月,帶來香草與輕柔烘烤香氣而不掩蓋果味。 葡萄園環境:取自Toro產區的老樹園,土壤多為石質與砂礫,日夜溫差大、降雨少,葡萄樹生長受控,產量低反而讓風味更集中。建議醒酒約一小時,能更快展現層次與順口的口感。

Tasting Note: Deep ruby with a luminous rim. Aromas of black plum, dark cherry and blackberry are framed by baking spice, cedar and a hint of tobacco. On the palate it delivers concentrated ripe fruit, plush mid-palate weight and firm, polished tannins that carry flavors through a long, warming finish. Producer Notes: A small-batch release bottled in half-size format, crafted to showcase Toro’s ripe, powerful character while maintaining balance. The team focuses on low yields and careful selection to concentrate flavour. Winemaking: Fermented with temperature control and extended maceration to extract colour and structure; aged roughly 10–14 months in a mix of new and seasoned oak barrels to add spice and gentle vanilla oak influence. Vineyard: Sourced from old vines in Toro’s continental climate—hot days, cool nights—on deep, stony soils. Low yields from stressed vines produce dense fruit and concentrated aromas. Decant for about an hour to open up its bouquet and soften the tannic frame.
