品飲筆記:深色水果為主調,初聞有成熟李子、黑莓和微妙的松露、森林土壤氣息,伴隨些許烘烤香料與雪松。入口豐滿但不厚重,黑果濃郁且帶礦感,單寧有力卻細緻,酸度使收口清新且回味綿長。
酒莊與葡萄園:來自Pomerol的Certan de May,田間土壤為黏土與礫石混合,為酒款帶來力量與優雅的平衡。採小地塊分級管理,重視成熟度與酸度平衡。
釀造與陳年:以傳統方式在恆溫發酵槽中處理,之後於橡木桶中陳年16–20個月(約80%新桶),賦予香氣層次與結構感。

Tasting Note: Deep, inviting aromas of ripe plum, black cherry and blackberry are layered with forest-floor truffle, cedar and toasted spice. On the palate the wine is concentrated and silky: rich dark fruit, a mineral core and regal, finely grained tannins lead into a long, fresh finish.
Producer & Vineyard: From Château Certan de May in Pomerol, the wine reflects the estate’s clay-and-gravel soils that combine power and elegance. Small-lot selection and careful vineyard management aim to balance ripeness with freshness.
Winemaking & Ageing: Fermented using traditional methods in thermo-regulated tanks, then matured 16–20 months in oak barrels (approximately 80% new), resulting in pronounced oak spice and polished structure.
Cellaring & Serving: Drinking window extends for decades; if enjoying now, decant 60–90 minutes to reveal fuller aromatic complexity. Pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, game, truffle dishes and mature cheeses.
