The 2021 Chateau Lynch-Moussas, a distinguished Fifth Growth from the esteemed Pauillac appellation, is a testament to the rich history and meticulous care of the Castéja family. This vintage presents a deep, dark ruby-red hue that captivates the eye, while the nose is graced with a subtle blend of dark red fruits and a savory, meaty character. On the palate, the wine reveals a superb definition of redcurrant fruit, supported by a mid-weight structure of fine, smooth tannins. The alcohol is well-balanced, contributing to a mouth-watering and quite persistent finish. A classic Pauillac, it is a wine that promises to evolve beautifully over time.
