2006 年的天氣帶來濃縮果實與明顯礦感。聞得到黑櫻桃、黑加侖、煙草與些微紫羅蘭;入口黏實但不笨重,單寧有抓力、酸度帶動整體節奏,尾段帶有巧克力與石墨般的餘味。醒個 90–120 分鐘,肉類一上桌就能合拍。
【田地與釀造】
莊園位於碎石礫土地帶,排水佳,葡萄在乾熱的夏季仍能保有集中度。採收於 9 月中下旬,入桶使用法國橡木陳年,強調保留果味純淨與細緻結構。

2006 followed a colder winter and a hot summer that produced a concentrated, classic expression of the estate’s gravelly sites. Picking began 19 September; yields were controlled and the result is a compact, terroir-driven wine with clarity and balance.

Matured in French oak, the wine shows an elegant use of wood that supports rather than masks the core fruit. The team focused on extraction that preserves finesse, delivering a tight-knit texture, defined tannic structure and a long, lively finish.

On the nose: dark berries, tobacco, cedar and a hint of violet. The palate is sculpted — firm tannins under velvet dark-fruit layers, graphite and a mineral thread that keeps it lively. Give it 1.5–2 hours in a decanter tonight or lay down a bottle for another decade — both pay off.
