【Winemaker / Vineyard Notes】Philippe Dhalluin oversees fruit harvested late September–early October from the Plateau de Mouton: deep gravelly soils, dense plantings (~10,000 vines/ha) and mature vines (~44 years). The wine is aged 18 months in French oak, delivering cedar, spice and polished structure. Producer tasting highlights ripe black fruits, floral lifts (iris/violet), sapid minerality and a long, layered finish.

【Sommelier's Tasting Note】Deep, glossy core with purple hues. The nose opens to cassis, blackberry and violet, then cedar and subtle spice. On the palate a succulent, almost succulent attack gives way to taut acidity and finely grained, patrician tannins; black cherry and mineral threads lead to a persistent, spice-laced finish.
