品飲筆記:色澤深寶石紅,前段以黑果與紅莓為主軸,底層透出摩卡、可可與微妙的濕土與香菇氣息。口感中等偏豐滿,果質飽滿且貼心,單寧圓潤柔順,整體觸感絲滑而不厚滯。酒莊與田間:酒來自波雅克經典的石礫與黏土地貌,靠近河口的微氣候讓葡萄成熟均衡,2012年份僅佔酒莊生產的一半,帶出酒莊偏向優雅與誘人果香的風格。釀造工藝:從採收到入桶採用重力流操作,減少機械壓榨的粗糙,發酵後精細分離「自由流汁」與壓榨酒,再經嚴格篩選後混合入橡木桶熟成,橡木的香氣被巧妙整合以襯托果味。飲用建議:即開即飲即可享受其誘惑性果味,若想讓香氣更豐富建議醒酒約45分鐘。配餐建議:適合牛排、燒烤紅肉、熟成硬質乳酪與菌菇料理,餐酒搭配輕鬆有味。


Tasting Note: Deep ruby-purple in the glass with an expressive nose of blackcurrant, raspberry and blueberry layered with mocha, tobacco and a hint of forest-floor minerality. On the palate it's medium-bodied and plush, showing ripe dark fruit, polished oak spice and soft, round tannins that give a silky, refined texture. Producer & Vineyard: From the Médoc plateau of Pauillac, this estate sits on classic gravel over clay soils with a microclimate tempered by the nearby estuary. The 2012 represents about half of the estate's production and displays the house's elegant, fruit-forward signature rather than brute force. Winemaking: Fruit is handled with a gravity-flow approach from reception to barrel; free-run and carefully pressed wines are vinified separately then blended after rigorous selection. Maturation in oak adds structure and subtle toast without overpowering the fruit. Drinking Window & Serving: Approachable now with decanting, will continue to evolve—peak drinking over the next decade and beyond. Serve slightly below room temperature and decant for around 45 minutes to open the aromas. Food Pairing: Matches classic red-meat dishes, game and mature cheeses—works beautifully with grilled ribeye, roast venison or mushroom-based mains.
