品飲筆記:酒色深寶石紅,先是黑莓、黑加侖與深櫻桃的果香,隨之而來有如雪茄盒的甜煙草、甘草與些許可可、香料氣息。口感中等偏厚,果肉豐滿且單寧柔順細緻,酸度帶動整體結構,回味悠長且帶有香料與微微煙燻的鹹香。 酒莊介紹:大寶(Château Talbot)為四級列級名莊,家族經營超過一百年,以穩定且適合陳年的風格著稱,風格慷慨但不失優雅。 釀造與田間:採用人工採收與多道挑選(人工及光學浮選),在橡木槽中發酵,之後15個月於橡木桶熟成(50%新桶)。葡萄園近99公頃,典型美多克礫石土壤、每公頃7,700株、平均樹齡約50年,使用傳統翻土與雙主蔓整枝,重視土壤表現與健康管理。 口感建議:單寧絲滑卻有力量感,建議醒酒一小時左右,更能釋放層次;配烤紅肉、香草羊排或帶汁燉肉與成熟硬質乳酪相得益彰。

Tasting Note: Deep ruby with an expansive nose of blackberry, black currant, dark cherry, and layers of sweet tobacco, licorice and gentle cedar-smoke. The palate is medium–full, fleshy and silky: ripe dark fruit framed by sweet, polished tannins, lively acidity and a lingering, spicy finish. Producer Notes: Château Talbot — a family-owned Médoc estate for over a century and classed as a Fourth Growth — is celebrated for consistency and cellar-worthy wines that marry generosity with class. Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested (29 Sept–13 Oct) with rigorous manual and optical sorting, primary fermentation carried out in oak vats, followed by 15 months’ élevage in barrels (50% new), producing a rounded, oak-integrated profile. Vineyard Notes: Nearly 99 hectares planted on classic Médoc gravel; high vine density (7,700 plants/ha) and an average vine age around 50 years. Traditional ploughing and Médoc double-guyot pruning help concentrate fruit and maintain freshness. Service & Pairing: Decant for 60–90 minutes to open the aromatics; pairs beautifully with roast or grilled red meats, game and mature hard cheeses.
