品飲筆記:酒色深沉,黑果與熟漿果香先行,隨之飄出雪茄、雪松與甘草的成熟氣息,還有一抹咖啡與巧克力的苦甜。入口飽滿且層次豐富,果味飽滿而不厚重,單寧細緻圓潤、酸度支撐良好,收結長而乾淨。
酒莊背景:大寶酒莊為聖朱利安經典酒款,長年由 Bignon-Cordier 家族經營,擁有超過百公頃葡萄園,以穩定品質與陳年潛力著稱,是當地性格明顯、風格優雅的代表。
田間與釀造:葡萄園位於梅多克碎礫土,面積約103.5公頃,密植 7,700株/公頃,植株平均約50年。採傳統四向耕作與梅多克雙短枝修剪,收成於9月底到10月中。葡萄經過多道分選(手工、光學與浮選),在橡木槽發酵,並於橡木桶中陳年15個月(新桶比例約50%),讓結構與木香恰到好處地結合。整體語氣親切、適合慢慢品嚐與搭餐分享。


Tasting Note: Deep ruby with lifted aromas of blackcurrant, dark berries, cedar, Havana-style tobacco and touches of licorice, espresso and gentle floral lift. The palate is full-bodied, concentrated and elegant: ripe fruit layers framed by polished, silky tannins and balanced acidity. A long, clean finish shows cocoa and fine oak spice.
Producer Notes: Château Talbot, a 4ème Grand Cru Classé long held by the Bignon-Cordier family, is celebrated for consistent vintages and approachable longevity. The estate’s character is classically Saint-Julien — expansive, generous and civically refined.
Vineyard Notes: The property manages some 103.5 hectares on the Médoc’s gravelly soils. High-density plantings (7,700 vines/ha) with an average vine age around 50 years, Medoc double-guyot pruning and traditional four-way ploughing contribute structure and depth.
Winemaking Notes: Harvest took place from 29 September to 13 October, with careful successive sorting (manual, optical and flotation). Fermentation occurs in oak vats; the wine was aged 15 months in barrels, half of them new, allowing oak integration while preserving fruit purity. Drink now after decanting or cellar further through the stated drinking window.
