來自默索田沙爾姆一級園的這支酒,入口先是濃郁又細緻的口感:奶油般的質地搭配烤杏仁與榛果的香氣,白桃與檸檬皮的果味跳出來,尾段有礫石礦物感把整體拉得更清爽。酒莊屬於家族小型經營,田地位於含石灰岩與礫石的坡地,透過人工採收與嚴格控產確保果實品質。釀造上以溫和壓榨與橡木桶發酵為主,採用部分舊桶與在泥渣上陳年以強化奶油感與結構,整體給人溫暖但不沉重的印象,很適合搭配奶油醬汁的魚類、烤白肉或成熟的乳酪。語氣輕鬆、實在,適合想找一支既有質感又好喝的白酒的飲家。


This Meursault Premier Cru from Charmes shows the classic balance of richness and precision. On the nose it offers toasted almond, warm honeyed notes and ripe white peach, followed by citrus zest and a subtle mineral thread. The palate is plush and creamy, supported by lively acidity that keeps the wine fresh and focused; mid-palate layers of hazelnut and light spice lead to a long, gently saline finish. Producer notes: from a small family domain in Meursault, these parcels sit on classic limestone and pebbly soils that give the wine its minerality and textural lift. Winemaking: fruit is hand-harvested, pressed gently and fermented in oak barrels with a proportion of older casks to preserve freshness; élevage on fine lees for nearly a year refines the mouthfeel and integrates oak influence. Vineyard: low yields and attentive canopy work encourage full phenolic ripeness while conserving acidity, producing a complex wine that performs well with richer seafood and cream-based dishes.

Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux is a small, family-run domaine in Meursault focused on hands-on viticulture and traditional Burgundian winemaking. The domaine tends steep, limestone-rich parcels in and around Meursault, practicing meticulous yield control and careful cellar work to reflect terroir and produce concentrated, age-worthy wines.
