Hailing from one of the most celebrated Premier Cru climats in the village, this 2021 release is a masterclass in classic, cool-vintage Burgundian white wine. Crafted by Domaine Chapelle & Fils from their certified organic parcels in Santenay le Haut, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and delicate maturation in French oak barrels. In the glass, it opens with energetic aromas of crisp orchard fruit, citrus curd, crushed limestone, and subtle toasted hazelnut. On the palate, the signature breadth of the terroir is tightly framed by vibrant acidity, finishing long with creamy tension and a saline, stony mineral snap. A refined, energetic gem that outperforms wines twice its price.
