品飲筆記：2020 騎士白呈現淡金色澤，香氣層次豐富，白桃與檸檬皮交織出清爽果感，並有菠蘿、芒果的熱帶香氣，底層帶有蜂蜜、細緻的烘烤香與礦石氣息。口感圓潤奶油般，經過長時間酵母攪拌（bâtonnage）後質地飽滿，但果酸仍保持活力，尾韻礦感持久。
酒莊簡介：位於 Graves 區 Léognan 的 Domaine de Chevalier 為 Cru Classé，1983 年由 Bernard 家族接手，由 Olivier Bernard 經營，向來以追求平衡與精緻著稱，白酒更是波爾多乾白的代表之一。
釀造工藝：人工分次採收入小箱，為了在最佳成熟度採收葡萄分 3–5 次採收。採用冷穩定於酒桶中澄清，於桶中發酵，並以 35% 新橡木桶陳年 18 個月，期間定期攪拌酒泥以增厚口感。
田地與風土：Léognan 的礫石、排水良好的泥土賦予酒款堅實的礦物骨架與果實純度。建議略回溫或醒 30–60 分鐘再飲，搭配奶油雞肉、松露燉飯或風乾煙燻前菜特別合拍。

Tasting Note: Bright pale-gold with a fragrant, layered nose of lemon peel, white peach, jasmine and delicate tropical notes (pineapple, mango) underpinned by honeyed complexity and subtle toasted oak. On the palate the 2020 shows a rich, creamy mid-palate and plush texture from extended lees contact, balanced by a lively, limy acidity and a flinty, mineral backbone. The finish is long, saline and elegantly persistent.
Producer Notes: Domaine de Chevalier, a Cru Classé in Léognan, has been in the Famille Bernard since 1983 and is run by Olivier Bernard. The estate is famed for its disciplined pursuit of balance and quality; the white remains one of the benchmark dry wines from Bordeaux.
Winemaking & Ageing: Hand-harvested into small crates and picked in several successive waves to achieve optimal ripeness. Grapes undergo traditional cold settling in barrels, barrel fermentation and are aged 18 months in oak (35% new) with regular bâtonnage to build texture and complexity.
Vineyard: Graves soils around Léognan—gravelly, well-draining terroir—give the wine a firm mineral spine and purity of fruit. Drinking Window: approachable from release yet built for aging (drink 2023–2050).
Serving suggestion: Serve lightly chilled and allow 30–60 minutes breathing (recommended 45 minutes) if opened early. Pairs beautifully with creamy poultry dishes, rich seafood, truffle risotto and aged cheeses.
